1. About This Page
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you strong rights over your personal data. Even though ZenvorBets is based in Australia, we respect GDPR rights for all our users, no matter where they live.
This page explains each right in detail and tells you how to use it.

3. Your GDPR Rights - Detailed List
3.1 Right of Access (Article 15)
You have the right to ask us for a copy of all personal data we hold about you. This includes:
- What data we have collected.
- Why we collected it.
- Who we have shared it with.
- How long we plan to keep it.
- Where the data came from (if not from you).

3.2 Right to Correction (Article 16)
If any of your personal data is wrong or incomplete, you can ask us to fix it. We will update your records as soon as possible.
How to use this right: Email us at support@zenvorbets.com with the subject line "Data Correction Request." Tell us what needs to be changed and we will update it.
3.3 Right to Deletion / Right to be Forgotten (Article 17)
You can ask us to delete all your personal data. We will do this when:
- The data is no longer needed for the reason we collected it.
- You withdraw your consent.
- You object to the processing and we have no overriding reason to keep it.
- We processed the data unlawfully.
We may need to keep some data if required by law (for example, fraud prevention records).
How to use this right: Email support@zenvorbets.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." We will delete your data within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
3.4 Right to Restriction (Article 18)
You can ask us to limit how we use your data. This means we will store it but not process it further. You can ask for this when:
- You think the data is not accurate (we will restrict it while we check).
- The processing is unlawful but you prefer restriction over deletion.
- We no longer need the data but you need it for a legal claim.
- You have objected to processing and we are deciding whether our reasons override yours.

3.5 Right to Data Portability (Article 20)
You can ask us to give you your personal data in a structured, common, machine-readable format. This allows you to move your data to another service.
This right applies to data you gave us directly and that we process based on your consent or a contract.

3.6 Right to Object (Article 21)
You can object to us processing your data at any time, especially for:
- Direct marketing (we will stop right away, no questions asked).
- Processing based on our legitimate interests (we will stop unless we have a strong legal reason to continue).

3.7 Right Not to be Subject to Automated Decisions (Article 22)
You have the right not to be subject to decisions made only by automated systems (including profiling) that have a significant effect on you. We do not currently make any such decisions. If this changes, we will update this page and get your consent first.
4. How to Withdraw Consent
If you gave us consent to process your data, you can take it back at any time. Here is how:
4.1 Email Consent
Click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email from us. Or email support@zenvorbets.com and ask to be removed from our mailing list.
4.2 Cookie Consent
You can change your cookie preferences at any time:
- On our site: Click the cookie settings option in the consent banner. You can turn off analytics and marketing cookies.
- In your browser: Clear your cookies through your browser settings. When you visit our site again, you will see the consent banner and can make new choices.

4.3 Account Data Consent
To withdraw consent for all data processing, email support@zenvorbets.com. We will delete your account and all personal data within 30 days.
Important: Withdrawing consent does not make past processing unlawful. It only affects future processing.

When you first visit our site, you see a cookie consent banner. You can:

We aim to respond to all data rights requests within 30 days. If your request is complex, we may need up to 60 days. We will tell you if this happens and explain why.
All requests are free. If a request is clearly excessive or repeated, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse it.
7. Verification
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request. We may ask for:
- Confirmation of your email address.
- Answers to security questions.
- A copy of a government-issued ID (in rare cases).

If you are not happy with how we handle your data or your request, you can:
